Affordable Mortgage Program

Investors has an "Affordable Mortgage Program" available to low- and moderate-income borrowers. Qualified borrowers can borrow up to 97 percent of their home's purchase price plus receive a 1/4 percent rate discount, and reduced Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) for qualified borrowers. There are no points or commitment fees, also a free rate lock is received at time of application. (This program is not available in all areas.)
