Personal Banker III

Greets and directs customers to ensure prompt, efficient and courteous service. Using more advanced techniques, meet the financial needs of both the business and consumer clients, while managing the Bank’s cost of funds through a new account opening process that focuses on relationship building. Cross sell bank products and services through a consultative needs based selling approach. Assists customers with questions and resolves issues relating to existing accounts and bank products. A high school education or equivalent with at least 3 years of service as a Customer Service Representative in Banking. Knowledge of office equipment required. Superior verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Visa/ATM Coordinator

Performs all duties in the administration of Investors’ ATM/Debit Card transactions. Coordinates and assists in the implementation and operation of ATM terminals at Branch Locations. A high school education or equivalent and a minimum of (5) five years branch experience is required. Branch work should include working as a teller, CSR and Sr. Teller. Superior PC ability is required with a working knowledge of Lotus 123, Microsoft Word and MS Works. Must be capable of communicating effectively with employees and customers. Knowledge of office equipment is required.

This position is available at the Corporate office in Short Hills.

Customer Service Associate I

Primarily responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Serve as the face of ISB by exceeding service expectations, while identifying customer needs and appropriately referring bank products and services in accordance to those needs. A high school education or equivalent with at least one year of cash handling experience is required. Previous customer service experience or a strong desire to work in the service industry.

Floater positions are available for the branches within Monmouth and Ocean counties.

Customer Service Associate II (Teller)

Responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Serve as the face of ISB by exceeding service expectations, while identifying customer needs and appropriately referring bank products and services in accordance to those needs. A high school education or equivalent with at least two years of cash handling experience is required. Previous customer service experience or a strong desire to work in the service industry. Candidate must be able to work the late night and Saturdays.

Customer Service Associate Supervisor

Manages and staffs the CSA area, supervises and schedules work of CSA’s and performs audit functions. Manage the CSA line to the expected Sales and Service Standards, providing coaching as needed and tracking of referral goals. Participates in the branch opening and closing procedures and is responsible for branch operations in the absence of the Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager. Performs functions of a CSA on a regularly basis, as staffing and customer traffic require. A high school education and a minimum of five (5) years of banking experience, of which at least three (3) years has been as a Lead Teller or comparable senior level position. A complete knowledge of the supervisory cash function and the capability of researching cash discrepancies is required. Superior verbal and written communications skills are necessary.
