Loan Underwriter

Responsible for reviewing equity loan applications for acceptance and processing;Underwrites processed loans for acceptability and recommends approval or rejection; Re-underwrites first mortgage loans from correspondent lenders.

At least (2) two years experience underwriting residential mortgage loans is required.  In addition the following skill sets are essential: good analytical skills must be detail oriented, good communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Word.

Secondary Market Assistant 

Responsibilities will include locking in loans with various investors; post closings and shipping loans to investors; data entry and filing; must have knowledge of excel and experience required in the secondary market.  Must also have post closing and shipping experience.

Customer Service Associate

This is a dual function position, which involves both teller and customer service responsibilities. Provides efficient, prompt, courteous service to customers, while accurately processing transactions. Supports the branch, as assigned, handling the job responsibilities of CSR and teller. Must be energetic and willing to participate in product referrals to each customer. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of teller experience. A complete knowledge of the customer service representative position is also required.
